I absolutely loved the way she walked us through it!!!! Rosa was our tour guide and she was so sweet and very explanatory. She even recommended a great place to eat!!! I will most definitely be back and use this tour!!!! Also, I will definitely recommend this tour and especially our tour guide Rosa to all my friends and family who come to Florence!!!!!!!!!! We were so fortunate visiting the Galleria dell’Academia with Elisa and the Uffizi with Rosa Chamach! They were both amazing guide, who enjoy sharing their knowledge, and make it very clearly and kindly.

I am talking on behalf De Rosa family: the visit was wonderful, pre-entrance well organized and proffesionals. Both guides were very good; particularly Cristina made a great job, with passion and knowlege. We are very grateful to both since we enjoyed the visit a lot,in spite of the heat and the noise.
